These images are transmitted securely to our AI service providers (Stability AI and DeepSeek) solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not permanently store these images on our servers after the generation process is complete.
  • Payment Information: Information needed to process your payments, including transaction amounts, timestamps, and order IDs. Payment details such as credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive payment credentials are not collected, processed, or stored by AI Smart Life. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, and we only receive payment confirmation and transaction IDs from Stripe.
  • Usage Data and Analytics: Anonymous data about how you use our Service, including which features you access, pages you visit, time spent on the Service, and general usage patterns. This data is collected anonymously and does not include personally identifying information such as your name, email, or IP address. We use this data solely for improving our Service and understanding user behavior.
  • Device Information: Limited information about the device you use to access our Service, such as browser type, operating system, and device type. This information is collected passively and is used only to optimize Service performance across different devices and browsers.
  • Language Preferences: Information about your preferred language, which is stored locally on your device to provide a customized experience. This preference is not transmitted to our servers unless you actively use our service in different languages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for specific, limited purposes directly related to providing the Service:

  • To process your AI generation requests by securely transmitting your uploaded images to our AI service providers and delivering the resulting generated content back to you.
  • To process your payments through Stripe and maintain transaction records for billing and dispute resolution purposes.
  • To improve our services, fix bugs, and enhance the user experience by analyzing anonymized usage patterns and identifying technical issues.
  • To communicate with you regarding your account, service updates, or responses to support requests if you contact us.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including maintaining records for tax purposes where required.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and other problematic or illegal activity.

We do not use your information for direct marketing, advertising profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not permanently store your uploaded images or generated results on our servers.Here is our detailed data retention policy:

  • Uploaded Images: Deleted immediately after processing is complete. These files are transmitted securely to Stability AI or DeepSeek for processing and are not retained on our servers.
  • Generated Results: Generated images and text exist only in your browser session in real-time. They are not saved to our servers. The results exist only as long as you keep your browser session open. Once you close your browser or navigate away, generated results are no longer available unless you have downloaded them to your device.
  • Payment Records: Transaction information including order ID, amount, and timestamp is retained for 7 years for accounting, tax compliance, and fraud prevention purposes. Payment method details are not stored by us.
  • Usage Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for Service improvement purposes, but this data cannot be traced back to you as an individual.
  • Support Communications: If you contact us via WhatsApp or other channels, we may retain your communications for up to 1 year to resolve disputes and improve our customer service.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. When you use our Service, certain information may be shared with these third parties:

  • Stability AI (Stability API): We transmit your uploaded images to Stability AI's servers to generate AI-processed outputs for our image generation services (interior design, photo restoration, hairstyle, skin tone, outfit, lipstick, wedding photo, and memory photo services).   • DeepSeek AI: We transmit your text prompts (not images) to DeepSeek's API for our text generation services (love letter writing). DeepSeek processes your requests according to their privacy policy, which can be reviewed at deepseek.com/privacy.
  • Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see or store your payment method details. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to their privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
  • Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses and request information. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our Service. Google Analytics collects anonymized data and does not track individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using browser extensions or by reviewing Google's privacy policy at google.com/policies/privacy/.

Important: Each third-party service is an independent data controller with its own privacy practices.   • No Permanent Image Storage: Because we do not permanently store uploaded images, there is minimal risk of data breaches affecting your image data.

  • Regular Security Updates: We maintain and update our security infrastructure regularly to address emerging threats.

However, we must be transparent: No security system is absolutely impenetrable. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee 100% security of your data.
